Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Social security, in particular Articles L. 461-2 and R. 461-3;
Given the rural code, in particular Article L. 751-7;
In view of the amended Article 41 of Law No. 98-1194 of 23 December 1998 on the financing of social security for 1999;
Vu Article 54 of Act No. 2002-1487 of 20 December 2002 on the financing of social security for 2003;
Having regard to Decree No. 73-598 of 29 June 1973 laying down detailed rules for the application of Sections II, III, IV, VIII and IX of Chapter I of Title III of the Book VII of the Rural Code relating to the insurance benefits of workers employed in agriculture against accidents at work and occupational diseases;
In light of Decree No. 99-247 of 29 March 1999 concerning the allocation of Early termination of activity provided for in Article 41 of the Social Security Financing Act for 1999,
Stop:

Article 1
The list of occupational diseases mentioned in the eighth preambular paragraph of the I of Article 41 of the aforementioned Act of 23 December 1998, which may open the right of agricultural workers to the termination allowance Anticipated activity of asbestos workers at the age of fifty years is set as follows:
-diseases listed in Tables 47 and 47 bis of the occupational diseases of the agricultural system.

The Director of Labour Relations, the Director of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, and the The Director General of the Forest and Rural Affairs in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal From the French Republic.
