Order of 20 April 2005 amending the order of 13 December 1988 relating to the conditions of application to civil servants of the Ministry of Defence in service at Order No. 67-290 of March 28, 1967

The Minister of Defence, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of the Public Service The reform of the State,
Having regard to Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967, amending the procedure for the calculation of the emoluments of the staff of the State and of the public establishments of the State of administrative character in service abroad, in particular its Article 5;
Having regard to Decree No. 98-203 of 20 March 1998 on the special status of the Corps of Technicians of the Ministry of Defence, as amended by Decree No. 2004-1160 of 29 October 2004;
Having regard to the Order of 13 December 1988 as amended relating to Conditions of application to civil servants of the Ministry of Defence in service abroad of Decree No. 67-290 of 28 March 1967,

Article 1


A l' article 9 of the decree of 13 December 1988, the distribution of officials in the residence compensation groups listed in the order provided for in Article 5 of the decree of 28 March 1967 above is amended and completed as follows:
In Group 16, delete: " Exceptional class and upper class verifier ".
In Group 18, replace:" Normal class verifier " To: " Normal class technician ".

Article 2


The Director of Military and Civilian Personnel at the Ministry of Defence and The Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall take effect on 1 November 2004 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
