2. In accordance with the instructions contained in the notice corresponding to the Contest requested, registration files are obtained exclusively:

-or on the METL intranet at:
http :// intra.dps.i2/folderfile;
-either by mail or by visiting the services listed above in 1 (a);
-by mail to the services listed above in 1 (b).
Any application for a registration file must be accompanied by: An envelope of 22.9 x 32.4 cm, labelled with the name and address of the applicant and cleared at the rate in effect for a letter of 200 grams. Otherwise, no folder will be sent to the candidate.
3. For all applicants, applications for registration will be submitted on the forms specifically established for each competition by the Personnel, Services and Modernization CA 2 office.
In accordance The instructions contained in the notice corresponding to the requested competition, each file with the required parts must be:
-either deposited with the appropriate DDE (or DREIF) by Friday, June 27, 2003, at 4.30 p.m.;
- Directly to the postal services in good time so that the shipping envelope addressed exclusively to the appropriate DDE (or DREIF) can be obliterated by Friday, 27 June 2003 at the latest (the postmark being postmarked).
