Decree n ° 2003-458 of 20 May 2003 amending Decree No. 86-382 of 12 March 1986 on the organization and operation of the Institute National demographic studies

Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Of the work and solidarity and of the Minister for Youth, National Education and Research,
In the light of Law No. 82-610 of 15 July 1982 as amended policy and programming for the research and technological development of the France, in particular Article 15;
In light of Decree No. 82-1012 of 30 November 1982 concerning the Higher Council for Research and Technology, as amended by Decree No. 2000-1155 of 28 November 2000, in particular Article 3;
In view of Decree No. 86-382 of 12 March 1986 on the organization and operation of the National Institute for Demographic Studies, as amended by Decree No. 2001-596 of 3 July 2001, by Article 7 of Decree No. 2001-687 of 30 July 2001 and by Article 8 of Decree No. 2002-251 of 22 February 2002;
In view of the opinion of the Central Joint Technical Committee of the National Institute for Population Studies as of 3 June 2002;
The Conseil d' Etat (section of the interior) heard,
Décrète:

Item 1
Article 9 of the aforementioned decree of 12 March 1986 is supplemented by a paragraph worded as follows:
" He shall be assisted in the administrative and financial management of a Secretary-General appointed by him. "

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Youth, National Education and Research, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning, the Minister Delegate for Budget and Budget Reform, the Minister responsible for Research and New Technologies and the Secretary of State for State Reform are Entrusted, each as far as it is concerned, in the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
