Model clauses of the conventions provided for in Article R. 715-1 of the Rural Code shall be annexed to this Order.

Article 2


The Order of 3 January 2006 laying down the model provisions of the Convention provided for in Article 2 of Decree No. 97-370 of 14 April 1997 on conditions of employment for young agricultural workers is replaced by this Decree.

Article 2

Article 4

Article 5

Article 6

Article 8

Article 9
