Arrête:
Article 2 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. -Subject to the provisions of Article 4 below, the Principal Education Counsellors, the Associate Professors Trainees, the Certified Trainees, the Physical Education and Sport Education Professors and the Vocational secondary school teachers referred to in Article 1 above shall be assigned, for the duration of the traineeship, to an academy and shall receive, in the university teacher training institute, initial vocational training consisting of Periods of theoretical and practical training, including an internship in responsibility. "
Article 3 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 3. -With a view to the validation of the traineeship carried out by the trainees referred to in Article 2 above, it shall be set up for each trainee a dossier of competences provided for in the Annex to the Decree of 19 December 2006 laying down specifications for the Training of teachers in the university teacher training institute.
The competence dossier consists of:
1 ° The opinion of the authority responsible for training reporting on the proficiency expected at the end of the year The competence to master the information and communication techniques is attested by the obtaining of the computer certificate and Internet of level 2 " teacher. Reports of visits by trainers of the university teacher training institute and pedagogical advisors are attached to the file;
2 ° The opinion of the head of the institution in which the course of responsibility took place;
3 ° The opinion of a member of one of the inspection bodies subject to the specific provisions laid down by the Minister for the aggregated teachers.
The opinion provided for 3 ° may be the result of an inspection. For the principal trainees, the certified trainees, the teachers of physical education and sports trainees and the professional high school trainees who make a second year of traineeship, The opinion provided for by the 3 ° must be the result of an inspection.
The competence files shall be transmitted, by the rector, as the case may be, to the chairman of the selection board competent for the issue of the professional qualification examination, or The chairman of the jury responsible for issuing the certificate of fitness for the duties of a senior education adviser, or the chairman of the jury competent for the issue of the certificate of competence in professional high school, or The Inspector General of National Education, the Dean of the relevant recruiting discipline group, for the aggregate faculty trainees.

The first paragraph of Article 4 is replaced by the following:

Article 5 I is replaced by the following:

Articles 5 and 7 are repealed

Sections 5 and 7 are repealed.
The provisions of this Order are Applicable to trainee teachers who do their traineeship starting from the beginning of the 2007 school year, regardless of the year in which they entered the competition. However, the relevant academic jury for the evaluation of staff with the status of trainee at the date of publication of this Decree shall remain competent until the establishment of the jury for the following session.
