The Prime Minister,
On the Report of the Seals, Minister of Justice, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister of the Public Service,
Due to Act No. 83-634 of July 13, 1983 Amended, in particular Article 20 thereof, which sets out the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with the law n ° 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Order No. 58-696 of 6 August 1958 on the special status of staff of the deconcentrated services of the prison administration;
In light of Decree No. 66-874 of 21 November 1966 on the special status of officials of the decentralised services The prison administration;
In light of Decree No. 2002-728 of 30 April 2002, as amended to classify the grades and jobs of staff placed under special status of the decentralised services of the prison administration;
Vu Decree No. 2007-931 of 15 May 2007 on the employment status of the Interregional Director and the functional director of the prison services;
In accordance with Decree No. 2007-930 of 15 May 2007 on the special status of the body of directors of the Penitentiary services,

The indicial classification of the ranks and jobs of the staff of the services in the prison administration provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 30 April 2002 referred to above is amended as follows:

The provisions of this Decree, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic, shall enter into force on the effective date of the corresponding statutory provisions.

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Public Service and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Reform of the State, spokesperson for the Government, shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
