Order of 5 May 2003 extending d 'an amendment to an agreement concluded in the framework of the national collective agreement of cleanliness companies (point 1810)

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity,
Seen Articles L. 133-1 and following of the Labour Code;
Having regard to the order of 31 October 1994 and the successive orders, in particular the Order of 2 December 2002, extending the national collective agreement for cleanliness undertakings on 1 July 1994 and the texts that have completed or amended it;
In view of the amendment of salaries n ° 1 of 21 January 2003 (an annex) to the agreement of 25 June 2002 on classifications concluded under the aforementioned collective agreement;
Given the request Extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
In view of the notice published in the Official Journal of February 13, 2003;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Article 1

The provisions of 1 July 1994 shall be made compulsory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement for cleanliness undertakings of 1 July 1994. The amendment of salaries n ° 1 of 21 January 2003 (an annex) to the agreement of 25 June 2002 on classifications concluded in the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement, subject to the application of the provisions of Article 32 of Act No. 2000-37 of the 19 January 2000 amended introducing a monthly wage guarantee, for the grid of the export chain.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions laid down by the said rider.

Article 3

The Director of Labour Relations at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be Published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
