Having regard to the general code of taxes;
Having regard to the customs code;
Seeing the rural code;
Having regard to the code of consumption;
Mindful of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on implementation of the code of consumption in relation to wines, sparkling wines, semi-sparkling wines and liqueurs;
Considering the Decree of 31 December 2002 relating to the increase in the alcoholic strength natural grapes, musts and wines with a designation of origin controlled;
Having regard to the proposal of the national Committee of wines and spirits of the national Institute of appellations of origin of the 7-8 November 2002, stop: Article 1 the provisions laid down in article 2 of the Decree of 31 December 2002 referred to above shall be supplemented as follows: «2%:-for designations depending on the regional Committee Champagne;
Article 2 the Director of economic and international policy at the Ministry of agriculture, food, fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director-general for competition, consumption and repression of fraud and the Director general of customs and Excise to the Ministry of economy, finance and industry are responsible, each in relation to , of the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
