In view of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine;
Given the code General tax;
Given the customs code;
Given the rural code;
Given the code of consumption;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the consumption code with regard to wines, sparkling wines, wines Sparkling wines and liqueurs wines;
In view of the decree of 31 December 2002 on the increase of the natural alcoholic strength of fresh grapes, musts and wines with a controlled designation of origin;
In view of the proposal of the National Wine Committee And spirits of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin of 7 and 8 November 2002,
Stop:

Article 1


The provisions laid down in Article 2 of the decree of 31 December 2002 are completed as follows:
" A 2 %:
-for appellations dependent on the Champagne Regional Committee; "

Article 2


The Director of Economic Policy and To the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
