In the light of Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948, as amended hierarchical classification of grades and Employment of the civil and military personnel of the state covered by the general pension scheme;
In light of Decree No 2003-432 of 13 May 2003 on the conditions for appointment and promotion in the employment of the Director of the financing fund for the Complementary protection of universal health risk coverage,
