The index order of 26 March 1993 relating to the indicial installment of the socio-educational settings of the hospital public service is repealed.
The Director of the Budget in the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Director General of Administration and the Public Service at the Ministry of the Environment And the Director of Hospitalization and the Organization of Care at the Ministry of Health and Solidarity shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
