Given the Public Health Code;
Due to the Code of Social Action and Families;
Due to Act No. 83-634 dated July 13, 1983, as amended Civil servants' rights and obligations, together with the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2007-839 of 11 May 2007 on the special status of the body Socio-educational settings of the hospital public service;
Given the opinion of the Hospital Public Service Board of Governors as of November 15, 2006,
Décrète:
The index applicable to the body of socio-educational officials of the hospital public service is as follows:
Gross indexes :
-socio-educational framework: 430-740;
-higher socio-educational framework: 625-780.
Decree No. 93-661 of 26 March 1993 on the index classification applicable to the socio-educational settings of the hospital public service is repealed.
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the Minister of Health and Solidarity, and the Minister Delegate to the budget and the reform of the State, a spokesman for the Government, are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
