Decree of 6 March 2007 concerning the rate of rebach in sparkling and sparkling wines with a controlled designation of origin of the 2006 harvest

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Government Reform, Government Spokesperson,
Given the general code of the Taxes;
Given the rural code;
In view of the code of consumption;
In view of Order No. 2006-1547 of 7 December 2006 on the recovery of agricultural, forestry or food products and products of the sea, in particular its articles 7 and 9;
In view of Decree No. 2001-510 of 12 June 2001 on the application of the Consumer Code with regard to wines, sparkling wines, sparkling wines and liqueur wines;
In the light of the decree of 24 September 2003 on the annual rate of rebelling In sparkling and sparkling wines of controlled designation of origin;
Having regard to Decree No 2007-30 of 5 January 2007 on the recovery of agricultural, forestry or food and seafood products, in particular Article 5;
Vu The proposals of the national wine and spirits committee of the National Institute of Origin and Quality of 6 and 7 September 2006 and of 8 and 9 November 2006,

For controlled appellations of origin listed in the table below, the minimum percentage of rebounds provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 24 September 2003 above is set as follows for the 2006 harvest:

Article 2


The Director General of Economic, European and International Policies, the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Law Enforcement Fraud and the Director General of Customs and Indirect Rights shall each have responsibility for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
