By order of the Minister of the Public Service and the reform of the State and the Secretary of State for the budget of 3 May 2002, is approved the constitutive agreement of the grouping "Public interest" Public inter-office legal data bank ', of which the extracts are annexed to this Decree, in accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 95-299 of 17 March 1995.
The constituent agreement may be consulted by any interested person At the group headquarters and the public service department.

Founding Members
The Public Interest Grouping tentatively called the Public Interfunction Legal Data Bank is comprised of:
The State;
Paris-I University;
The Center National Public Service of Canada;
The Caisse des Deposits et Consignations;
The National Pension Fund for Local Government Officers;
The supplementary retirement institution of non-state agents and Public communities;
Ecole nationale d' administration.
Associate members
Also members of the association as associate members of representatives of the associations of the Local authorities, training institutes and the Hospital Federation of France.
Purpose
The purpose of the Public Interest Grouping is to modernize The administration, the constitution and the management of a legal database on the law of public functions and the conduct of studies in this field and the dissemination of the data available to this bank in co-production with the Directorate of Official Journals. To this end, it will create a service of common interest to all three public functions. Its action is part of a process of administrative cooperation, particularly international cooperation.
