The number of positions offered in each contest will be set by Decree later.
The date of the registration files is deadline to September 6, 2002 (postmark being authentic). Any record filed or mailed after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
The date of the written tests will be the subject of an order of the Minister of equipment, transport and housing.
The composition of the jury will be an order of the Minister of equipment, transport and housing.

2. the registration records are exclusively obtained:-either by download:-on Internet at the address: www.equipement.gouv.fr/recrutement;
-or on the Intranet of the MELT at the address: http://intra.dps.i2/dossierconcours;
- either by mail or visit, with the aforementioned services (in 1a and 1B).
To receive a file sent by mail, enclose in the request a envelope format 22,9 x 32,4 cm, denominated in the name and address of the candidate and freed to 1.75 EUR. Otherwise, no record will be sent.
3. for all candidates, registration requests will be necessarily presented on the forms specifically established for each contest by OIOS CS 1 of the Directorate of personnel services and modernization.
Each folder will be accompanied by any supporting documents and sent by mail to the address indicated in the explanatory note accompanying registration and in accordance with the indications contained therein before Friday, September 6, 2002 at midnight (postmark).
