Order of 30 April 2002 laying down the procedures for the internal professional competition for the access of the engineers of the studies and The operation of civil aviation from the state to the body of engineers of bridges and roads

The Minister of Equipment, Transportation and Housing,
Decree No. 2002-523 of 16 April 2002 on the special status of the body of bridges and pavement engineers, and in particular Articles 6, 10, 32 and 33,
Stops:

Article 1


The terms of the closed competition for professional access to the body of the engineers of the bridges and pavements organised as of the date of publication of the aforementioned decree for the Civil servants of the engineering and civil aviation operations, as well as the terms and conditions of the traineeship to be performed at the National School of Bridges and Footwear are defined in the following articles.

Article 2


The number of entries in the competition and the closing dates of entries are fixed by the Minister's joint order Responsible for the equipment and the minister responsible for the civil service published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic. The dates of the tests shall be fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 3


The competition consists of two tests Written, an oral admission test and an optional English language test.

Article 4


Written tests include :

Article 5


The oral admission test is By the candidates who were declared eligible for the written tests of eligibility.

Article 6


Eligible applicants may also apply for An English-language oral test (duration: 40 minutes; coefficient 1).
Only points obtained in the English language test exceeding 12 are considered for admission.

Article 7


The jury is presided over by a general engineer of bridges and pavements whose voice is paramount in the case of equal voice sharing.
The jury can be heard To assist qualified examiners in the correction of the tests, each of the written tests which are the subject of a double correction.
The list of the members of the selection board, including officials or servants under the responsibility of the Ministry of Equipment, transport and accommodation shall be fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 8


The jury shall fix the Subject to the written tests and their marking.
It adopts the list, in alphabetical order, of the candidates admitted to the oral examination, and then the one, in order of merit, of the candidates admitted to follow the training course at The National School of Bridges and Footwear.

Article 9


It is assigned an encrypted mark of 0 to 20 for each test. Any score less than 6 out of 20, except for the optional test, is eliminatory.
Each note is multiplied by the corresponding coefficient.

Article 10


No one shall be placed on the list of candidates admitted to the oral test of admission if he has not obtained a total of points fixed by the selection board, which cannot under any circumstances be less than half of the number Maximum points in all written admission tests.

Article 11


No one shall be admitted to the Development organised by the National School of Bridges and Pavements if it has not obtained the eligibility tests and the oral test for admission a total of points fixed by the jury, which cannot under any circumstances be less than two thirds of the number Maximum points in all of these tests.

Article 12


The development course at the National Bridge School and Is for a minimum period of six months. It includes a teaching cycle and the completion of personal work on the option of writing a brief.

Article 13


The memory referred to in item 12 above is supported by a jury.
The list of board members is fixed by the minister responsible for the equipment.
The board assigns a score between 0 and 20 to the whole Memory and oral examination.
The selection board shall adopt the list of candidates who have been successful in the oral examination. No person shall be appointed as an engineer of bridges and footwear if he or she is not included on that list with a total of at least 12 points in all the tests.
In the event of the non-approval of the memory, the candidate may be authorised by the jury, as Exception, to appear at a later oral session. In
event of failure in the oral examination of defence, the candidate may be authorised, after the opinion of the jury, by the appointing authority, on an exceptional basis, to Resume the internship the following year. It may also be decided for a duly noted impediment.

Article 14


The Minister of Equipment, Transport and Accommodation is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
