Order of 30 April 2002 laying down the procedures for the internal professional competition for the access of engineers of the work of the Meteorology to the Body of Bridges and Footwear Engineers

The Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing,
In view of Decree No. 2002-523 of 16 April 2002 on the special status of the body of the Bridge and pavement engineers, including articles 6, 10, 32 and 33,
Stop:

Item 1


The terms and conditions of the Internal competition for professional access to the body of the engineers of the bridges and pavements, organised from the date of publication of the aforementioned decree, for officials of the body of engineers of the meteorological works, as well as The terms of the traineeship to be performed at the National School of Bridges and Footwear are defined in the following articles.

Article 2


The number of posts put into the competition and the closing dates of the entries shall be fixed by joint decree of the minister responsible for equipment and the minister responsible for the public service and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French. The dates of the tests shall be fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 3


The contest shall consist of three tests Written eligibility, an oral eligibility test, an oral admission test, and an optional foreign language test.

Item 4


Pre-eligibility written tests include:

Article 5


The oral eligibility test has been passed by the candidates who have been declared Pre-qualifying after written tests.

Article 7


Candidates who are declared eligible may also apply for an oral foreign language test (English, German, Russian or Spanish) (duration: 40 minutes; coefficient 1).
Only points obtained in the optional foreign language test exceeding 12 are considered for admission.

Article 8


The jury is presided over by a general engineer of bridges and pavements whose voice is predominant in the event of equal voice sharing. The Board also has at least nine other members chosen because of their qualifications.
The Board may be assisted by reviewers in the marking of the tests, each of which is double-corrected.
The list of members of the jury, consisting of officials or staff members of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing shall be fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 9


The jury shall fix the subjects of the written tests and make their marking.
It shall stop the list of candidates admitted to pass the oral test of eligibility, That of candidates admitted to pass the oral examination of admission, that of the candidates admitted to follow the training course at the National School of Bridges and Pavements.

Article 10

Article 11

Article 12

Item 13


The placement of Development at the National School of Bridges and Footwear is a minimum of six months. It includes a cycle of teaching and the completion of personal work leading to the writing of a memory.

Article 14


The memory referred to in section 13 above is supported by a jury.
The list of board members is fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 15


The Director of Personnel, Services and Modernization is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
