The Minister of Equipment, Transport and Housing,
In view of Decree No. 2002-523 of 16 April 2002 on the special status of the body of the Bridge and pavement engineers, including articles 6, 10, 32 and 33,
Stop:

Item 1


The terms and conditions of the Internal competition for professional access to the body of the engineers of the bridges and pavements, organised from the date of publication of the aforementioned decree, for officials of the public works engineers of the State, as well as the The terms and conditions of the traineeship to be performed at the National School of Bridges and Footwear are defined in the following articles.

Article 2


The number of posts put into the competition and the closing dates of the entries shall be fixed by joint decree of the minister responsible for equipment and the minister responsible for the public service and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French. The dates of the tests shall be fixed by order of the minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 3


The contest shall consist of tests Written eligibility, an oral eligibility test, an oral admission test, and an optional foreign language test.

Item 4


Pre-eligibility written tests include:

Article 5


The oral test of eligibility is suffered by candidates who have been declared under-qualified.
It consists of an interview with the board concerning the candidate's personal activities and knowledge and the conduct of his or her career.
This test is assigned the coefficient 7.

Article 6


Oral Intake Test is suffered by candidates who have been declared eligible for the oral test
It consists of an interview with the Board concerning the missions of the bridge and pavement engineers and general questions related to, or not, these missions.
This test is assigned to the Coefficient 10.

Article 7


Candidates who are declared eligible may also apply for an oral foreign language test (English, German, Russian or Spanish).
This test is assigned the coefficient 1.
Only points obtained in the optional foreign language test exceeding 12 are considered for admission.

Article 8


The contest has passed before a jury presided over by a general engineer of bridges and pavements whose voice is predominant in the event of equal voice sharing.
The selection board may be assisted by qualified examiners for the correction of the tests, each of the written tests which are the subject of a double correction.
The list of members of the selection board comprising officials or agents in the field of responsibility The Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing shall be fixed by order of the Minister responsible for the equipment.

Article 9


The The jury shall determine the subjects of the written tests and shall make their marking.
It shall adopt the list of candidates admitted to the oral test of eligibility, that of the candidates admitted to the oral examination, that of the candidates admitted to follow the oral test. Article 10

Article 11


No one shall be placed on the list of candidates admitted to pass the oral test of eligibility if he has not obtained a total of points fixed by the jury, which shall in no case be less than half the maximum number No

Article 12

Article 13

Article 14

Article 15


The Director of Personnel, Services and Modernization is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
