Order of 29 April 2002 laying down general organizational rules, the programme and the nature of the events of an exceptional competition for the Recruiting air traffic control engineers (women and men)

In the light of Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 as amended bearing the rights and obligations of civil servants, Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, as amended, amending statutory provisions relating to the Public service of the State;
In view of Law No. 89-1007 of 31 December 1989 on the body of engineers in the control of air navigation;
In light of Decree No. 90-998 of 8 November 1990, as amended concerning the status of the body of control engineers Air navigation;
In light of Decree No. 2002-621 of 24 April 2002 laying down exceptional recruitment procedures in the body of air navigation control engineers,
Stop:

Article 1

The exceptional competition for the recruitment of air traffic control engineers provided for in the decree of 24 April 2002 includes two oral admission tests:

1. English test
(duration: thirty minutes; coefficient 2)

This test takes place as follows:
-an oral comprehension test (duration: ten minutes);
-an oral interview (duration: 20 Minutes).

2.
memory capacity (duration: thirty minutes; coefficient 3)

This test consists of the defense of a memory on a professional subject, before the jury. It takes place as follows:
a) Candidate's Presentation;
b) Memory Presentation and Presentation;
c) Presentation Questions.

Article 2

A joint order of the Minister of the Public Service and of the reform of the State and of the Minister responsible for civil aviation shall fix the date of the tests and the date of the deadline for the Applications.

Article 3

The Minister responsible for civil aviation shall adopt the list of candidates admitted to the tests of the Competition.

Article 4

Candidates apply to the Human Resources Branch of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation, by Hierarchical, their application for participation in the competition, accompanied by the title of their subject matter relating to the activities of the Directorate of Air Navigation.

Article 5

Article 6

Item 7

The Board stops the list of successful candidates in order of merit. It may establish a supplementary list.

Article 8

The Director General of Civil Aviation shall be responsible for the implementation of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
