Personnel and alternate representatives shall be designated by the Trade unions in accordance with the table to Article 1 above within 10 days from the date of signature of this Order.
The order of 3 May 1999 establishing the list of trade unions of officials who are capable of designating staff representatives to the Joint Technical Committee of the Ministry of Defence is hereby repealed.
The Director of Military and Civilian Personnel is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
