Summary

In light of Decree No. 86-1152 of 24 October 1986 amending the boundaries of the electoral district of Port Independence of Le Havre;
In view of the deliberation of the Board of Directors of the autonomous port of Le Havre as of December 15, 2000;
In view of the results of the joint preliminary investigation to the modification of the boundaries of the autonomous port of Le Havre Havre and that of the Autonomous Port of Rouen;
