Given the Order in Council N ° 99-555 of 2 July 1999, as amended by Decree No. 2003-238 of 17 March 2003, establishing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Having regard to the Decree of 16 October 2003 appointing the Director, Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
In light of the decree of 30 March 2004 appointing the Prime Minister;
In light of the amended decree of 31 March 2004 on the composition of the Government;
In view of the Order of 18 October 2000 Organisation and remit of the legal affairs department;
Having regard to the decree of 18 October 2000 on the organisation of the legal affairs department;
Having regard to the Order of 7 November 2003 on the delegation of signature, Décrète:
In the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans, Director, Head of the Business Unit Legal, delegation is given to Ms. Danielle Gozard, Deputy Director, Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Senior Civilian Administrator, and Ms. Isabelle Tison, Veterinary Public Health Inspector, to sign on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rural affairs, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, transactions and conventions relating to the service of legal affairs.
In the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans, Danielle Gozard and Isabelle Tison and Mr. Pierre Pelissier, Ms. Myriam Mattlin and Ms. Françoise Bordes, Ms. Central Administration, Mr. Olivier Nicolardot, Central Administrative Attaché, and Mr. François Darribehaude, Contracted Officer, signed on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, All defence and demand briefs in the context of disputes arising out of the central dispute of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs and all acts of management of the appropriations of the business service Legal.
In the absence or incapacity of Ms. Marie-Françoise Guilhemsans, Danielle Gozard and Isabelle Tison and Mr Pierre Pelissier, Mr Patrice Larde, Head of Central Administration, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, all acts of management of appropriations for the service of the Legal affairs.
The Order-in-Council of February 25, 2004 with delegated signing authority is repealed.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of this Order, Which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
