Given Act No. 99-574 of 9 July 1999 on agricultural guidance, and in particular Article 2 thereof;
In view of the financial law for 2002 (No 2001-1275 of 28 December 2001), and Article 124;
In light of the amended Decree No. 90-187 of 28 February 1990 on the representation of trade unions of agricultural operators in certain bodies or commissions;
In view of Decree No. 97-34 of 15 January 1997 concerning the deconcentration of individual administrative decisions, as amended by Decree No. 97-1205 of 19 December 1997;
Having regard to Decree No. 97-1206 of 19 December 1997 adopted for the application to all ministers of the 1 ° of Article 2 Decree No. 97-34 of 15 January 1997;
In light of Decree No. 2002-451 of 2 April 2002 on the financing of trade unions of farmers,
Décrète:
Article 1 of the decree of 2 April 2002 referred to above is amended as follows:
I.-In the first paragraph, the formula: 3/4 (v/V) + 1/4 (s/S) " Is replaced by the formula: " 1/2 (v/V) + 1/2 (s/S) ".
II. -In the sixth paragraph, the words: In the above-mentioned colleges " Are replaced by the words: " In the mentioned college " And the words: " And under Article R. * 511-6 " Are deleted.
III. -In the seventh paragraph, the words: In designated colleges " Are replaced by the words: " In the subject college " And the words: " And under Article R. * 511-6 " Are deleted.
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs is responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
