The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Defence and the Minister for Public Service and State Reform,
In light of Decree No. 2002-674 of 24 April 2002 establishing an allowance for the absence of the Port-base,

The rate of the hardship allowance in the absence of the port-base provided for in Article 1 of Decree No. 2002-674 of 24 April 2002 referred to above shall be set at 7 % of the outstanding balance for pension.

This Order takes effect as of April 1, 2002 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
