Order dated April 24, 2002 amending the order of April 13, 1990 fixing the rate of the campaign allowance allocated to certain Army, Navy and Air Force Military

Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of The defence and the Minister of Public Service and the reform of the State,
In light of the decree n ° 75-142 of 3 March 1975 amending the creation of an allowance for field services allocated to certain military members of the army, the navy and Air Force;
In light of the April 13, 1990 Order setting the rate of the Field Service Allowance for certain members of the Army, Navy and Air Force,
Stop:

Item 1


The table in item 1 of the Order of April 13, 1990, is modified as follows:
I.-In Group I, replace Rates: " 71 " And " 35.5 " To: " 78.10 " And " 50,76 ".
II. -In Group II, replace rates: 74.3 " And " 37.15 " To: " 81.73 " And " 53,12 ".
III. -In Group III, replace rates: 74.3 " And " 37.15 " To: " 81.73 " And " 53,12 ".
IV. -In Group IV, replace rates: 77.5 " And " 38.75 " To: " 85.25 " And " 55.41 ".
V.-In Group V, replace rates:" 67.4 " And " 33.7 " To: " 74.14 " And " 48.19 ".
VI. -In Group VI, replace rates: 77.5 " And " 38.75 " To: " 85.25 " And " 55.41 ".

Article 2


This Order takes effect on 1 April 2002 and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
