In view of the decree of 8 March 2001 on diplomas awarded by the private technical and consular institutions recognised by the State;
In the light of the decree of 24 February 2005 fixing the list of diplomas of the institutions Of private and consular technical higher education covered by the Minister responsible for higher education and conferring on their holders the degree of master;
In view of the decree of 24 August 2006 authorizing the Brest's Ecole supérieure de commerce Issuing a diploma referred to by the Minister responsible for higher education;
Having regard to the opinion of the Evaluation Commission for Management Education and Degrees dated 27 November 2006;
In view of the opinion of the National Council on Higher Education And the research as of April 17, 2007,

Effective March 10, 2007, the rank of master is Granted to the holders of the diploma referred to in Brest's École supérieure de commerce for two years.
The Director General of Higher Education shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
