Decree No. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 relating to occupational health and safety and to medical prevention in the civil service;
In view of Decree No. 2005-1555 of 13 December 2005 on the National Labour Institute, Employment And vocational training;
In view of the decree of 15 February 2006 establishing a Central Joint Technical Committee with the Director of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training, Arrête:
The Central Committee on Hygiene and Safety of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training is composed as follows:
a) Representatives of Administration:
Five full members, including the Director of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Professional Training, Chairman of the Committee, and five alternate members appointed in accordance with the provisions of Article 39 of the Decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above;
(b) Staff representatives:
Seven full members and seven alternate members appointed under the conditions laid down in Articles 40 and 41 of the aforementioned decree of 28 May 1982;
(c) The preventive doctor or Its alternate.
The Order of 11 February 2002 establishing a special health and safety committee to assist the Special Joint Technical Committee set up with the Director of the National Labour Institute, Employment and vocational training is repealed.
The Director of the National Institute of Labour, Employment and Vocational Training is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
