Order of April 29, 2005 appointing the Director of Financial and Logistics Affairs

The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs,
Vu Article 13 of the Constitution;
As amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to Decree No. 85-779 of 24 July 1985 on the application of Article 25 of the Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 establishing the higher posts for which the appointment is left to the decision of the Government;
In view of Decree No. 2005-385 of 25 April 2005 establishing a General Secretariat for the Ministry responsible for Agriculture and amending Decree No. 99-555 of 2 July 1999;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Article 1

Mr. François du Breuil-Hélion de La Guéronnière, a civilian administrator out of class, is appointed Director of Financial Affairs and Logistics at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Of rurality.

Article 2

The Prime Minister and the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality are Responsible for the application of this Decree, each of which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
