Décrète:
In case of absence or incapacity of Mr. François du Breuil-Hélion de la Guéronnière, Mr. Philippe Auzary, Chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forests, has delegated to sign, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the Entrusted to him.
In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. François du Breuil-Hélion de la Guéronnière, MM. Michel Gomez and Alain Tournier, non-class civil administrators, and Philippe Boyer, chief engineer of rural engineering, water and forestry, have signed on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rurality, except decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. François du Breuil-Hélion de la Guéronnière and Alain Tournier, Mr Claude Delatre, Head of Mission, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rural Affairs, to sign, with the exception of the decrees, all acts, Orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers assigned to it.
In the event of absence or incapacity of Messrs. François du Breuil-Hélion de la Guéronnière and Alain Tournier, Mr. Christian Courcol, Chief Engineer for Rural, Water and Forest Engineering, Mr. Gilles Beslay, Senior Central Administrative Attaché, and Mr. Pascal Villard, Contract Agent, have Delegation to sign, on behalf of the Minister for Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality, with the exception of decrees, acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them.
In case of absence or incapacity of MM. François du Breuil-Hélion de la Guéronnière, Alain Tournier and Pascal Villard, Mr. Youmin Ho-Sing-Ming, Central Administrative Attaché, and Mr. Michel Cédra, contract agent, have signed, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture, Food, fishing and rurality, except decrees, all acts, orders and decisions, within the limits of the powers entrusted to them.
Delegation is given to Marianne Dupré, contracting officer, to sign payment, transfer, delegation, expense vouchers and orders
The Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality is responsible for the execution of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
