Order dated April 19, 2002 extending d ' endorsing the National Collective Agreement for Anonymous Companies and Foundations d 'HLM

The Minister of Employment and Solidarity,
Due to articles L. 133-1 and The following of the Labour Code;
In view of the Decree of 22 January 2001 extending the national collective agreement of the public limited-liability companies and foundations of the HLM of 27 April 2000;
Having regard to the amendment No. 1 of 5 December 2001 (salaries) to the Collective agreement referred to above;
Given the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
Given the notice published in the Official Journal of January 19, 2002;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinions of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 133-2 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Article 1


Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the National Collective Agreement Of the anonymous companies and foundations of HLM of 27 April 2000, the provisions of the avenant n ° 1 of 5 December 2001 (salaries) to the aforementioned collective agreement.
The monthly scales of Articles 1, 2 and 3 are extended subject to application Article 32 (paragraphs I and II) of Law No. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 and the regulations laying down minimum wage growth.

Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall be made from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to be run and the conditions laid down in that Order. Avenant.

Article 3


The Director of Labour Relations is responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
