In view of Decree No. 2002-524 of 16 April 2002 establishing the new index subsidy for personnel performing duties of responsibility In the central services, the national services and the decentralised services of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Housing;
In the light of the amended decree of 16 April 2002 laying down the conditions for the allocation of New index enhancements in central services, national-level services and deconcentrated services of the Department of Equipment, Transportation and Housing for personnel performing duties Upper,

Item 1
The annex to the decree of 16 April 2002 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Order, effective 21 July 2001 for the Directorate of Tourism and of 23 August 2004 for the management of cases Financial and general administration.

Section 2

The Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Land Use Planning, Is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
