On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rurality,
Given the rural code, including articles L. 313-3 and R. 313-13 et seq;
The Conseil d' Etat (section of public works) heard,

Article R. 313-20 Subsection 2 of Section III of Chapter III of Title I of Book III of the Rural Code is amended as follows:
Words: " The Director of the Treasury " Are replaced by the words: " The Director General of Public Accounts ".

The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry and the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fishing and Rurality shall each be responsible for the execution of the present Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
