Seals Custody, Minister of Justice,
In the light of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in particular Articles 11-1 and A. 1;
In light of Decree No. 85-1057 of 2 October 1985 concerning the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of the Interior and the Decentralization;
In the opinion of the Minister of State, Minister of Interior and Spatial Planning, dated 13 February 2007, Stops:

Article 1


I of Article A. 1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Part Four: Orders) is completed by an 11 ° thus written:
" 11 ° The head of the defence and civil security inspectorate of the Ministry of the Interior, for the conduct of technical investigations to prevent accidents involving civil or military firefighters. "

Article 2


This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
