Order of 19 April 2005 amending the order of 27 September 1984 concerning the establishment of revenue authorities and imprest accounts with the mission Diplomatic and consular posts in Morocco

The Minister for Foreign Affairs,
In view of the Order of 30 September 1970, as amended, relating to the institution in the countries falling within the jurisdiction of the French treasury abroad of revenue authorities and imprest accounts with diplomatic missions, consular posts and permanent representations of France to international organisations abroad;
In view of the Order of 27 September 1984 as amended relating to the institution of revenue authorities and imprest accounts with diplomatic missions, consular posts and cultural and scientific and technical cooperation in Morocco;
In view of the Order of 11 April 1995 as amended relating to the institution in the countries falling within the competence of the general paymaster-general abroad of revenue authorities and imprest accounts with diplomatic missions, consular posts and representations Permanent of France with international organisations abroad;
In view of the Order of 11 February 1998 on the conversion into a secondary accounting position at the French Embassy in Morocco;
In view of the Order of 25 March 2005 establishing a revenue authority and imprest authority with the Consulate General of France in Rabat, Morocco;
In view of the Treasurer's agreement with the French Embassy in Morocco on December 6, 2004, Arrête:

Article 1


Article 1 of the decree of 27 September 1984 is modified as follows:
Delete:
" Consulate General of France in Rabat ".
(The rest without change.)

Article 2


Article 2 of the Order of 27 September 1984 The above is modified as follows:
Delete:
" 100 000 for the Consulate General of France in Rabat ".
(The rest without change.)

Article 3


Article 3 of the Order of 27 September 1984 is modified as follows:
Delete:
" Consulate General of France in Rabat ".
(The rest without change.)

Article 4


Article 4 of the Order of 27 September 1984 The above is modified as follows:
Delete:
" Consulate General of France in Rabat: 30 000 F ".
(The rest without change.)

Article 5


The Director General of Administration The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will take effect on 1 May 2005 and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
