The National Assembly and the Senate have adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following:
Sole Article
Approval of the Convention between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Republic of Guinea for the avoidance of double taxation and the establishment of rules Mutual Assistance in Income Tax, Capital, Estate and Donations, signed in Conakry on February 15, 1999, the text of which is annexed to this Law (2).
This Law shall be executed as the law of the State.
