Legislation Decree of 17 April 2003 fixing the amount of the allowance for the Director of the Agency for french teaching abroad Decree of 17 April 2003 fixing the amount of the allowance for the Director of the Agency for french teaching abroad summary in application of legislative provisions and in particular those laid down in article 20 of Act 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants as recalled by the public municipality service circular / Budget by October 1, 1999, and to provide a regulatory basis the remuneration of the Director of the Agency for french teaching abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has developed a decree on the employment status of the Director of this public institution under its supervision. This order is intended to complement the device shown in the previous paragraph and to clarify the system of allowances to the Director of the Agency for french teaching abroad. It is accompanied by an order fixing the amount of the allowance which will be allocated. This system of allowances is aligned with that of a head of service of the central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, taking into account the responsibilities borne by the employee seconded on the job of Director. It corresponds to that which is currently contained in the budget of the institution and will therefore not financial impact. The duty allowance which will be paid annually amount to 30.322 euros.

The Director appointed official of the Agency for french teaching abroad receives an exclusive of other compensation, premium allowance or incidental remuneration paid on the budget of the institution, with the exception of those that have the character of reimbursement of travel expenses. The amount of this allowance is fixed by ministerial order.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of economy, finance and industry, the Minister of public service, the reform of the State and the development of the territory and the Minister delegate for the budget and budget reform are responsible, each in relation to the implementation of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
