    • Summary


    Pursuant to the provisions And in particular those provided for in Article 20 of Law 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, as recalled by the common circular Civil Service/Budget of 1 October 1999, and for staffing From a regulatory basis the remuneration of the Director of the Agency for French Education Abroad, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has drawn up a decree on the employment status of the director of this public institution under its supervision. The purpose of this Order is to supplement the scheme set out in the preceding paragraph and to specify the compensation plan of the Director of the Agency for French Education Abroad. This text shall be accompanied by an order fixing the amount of the allowances payable to it. This compensation scheme shall be in line with that of a Head of Service of the central administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, taking into account the Responsibilities of the seconded employee on the employment of a director. It corresponds to the one currently in the institution's budget and will therefore have no financial impact. The allowance of duties to be paid will be 30,322 euros

    Prime Minister,
    On the report of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the reform of the state and the development of the Territory and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and Budget Reform,
    In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amending the rights and obligations of civil servants together Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 as amended Statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
    In view of Act No. 90-588 of 6 July 1990 establishing the Agency for French Education Abroad;
    In the light of Decree No. 90-1037 of 22 November 1990 on administration and Operation of the Agency for French Education Abroad;
    In light of Decree No. 2003-364 of 17 April 2003 concerning the employment of the Director of the Agency for French Education Abroad,
    Décrète:

    Item 1
    An employee appointed as the Director of the Agency for French Education Abroad shall receive an allowance of exclusive functions from any other compensation, bonus or incidental remuneration paid on the budget of The establishment, with the exception of those that are reimbursements of travel expenses. The amount of this allowance is determined by inter-departmental order.

    The Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of the Public Service, the Reform of the State and Spatial Planning and the Minister Delegate to the Budget and budgetary reform are each responsible for the implementation of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
