By decision of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and The research and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry of 21 March 2005, Amendment No 2 to the amended constitutive agreement of the public interest grouping ' ANRS " Is approved.

Members


The Public Interest Grouping named " National Agency for Research on AIDS and Viral Hepatitis (ANRS) Consists of:
On the one hand:
-the state, represented by the minister responsible for research, the minister responsible for health, and the minister responsible for foreign affairs;
On the other hand:
-the National Research Centre The National Institute of Health and Medical Research, the Institut de recherche pour le développement et l' Institut Pasteur.


Purpose


The National Agency for AIDS Research and The purpose of viral hepatitis is to facilitate, evaluate, coordinate and fund research programmes on HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis, regardless of the scientific field concerned, in accordance with the autonomy of the Programmes and procedures for the evaluation of research organisations belonging to the group.
To this end, the Agency has, within its means, for the purpose of:
1. Identify new teams likely to play an important role in this field and seek to attract them through appropriate incentives;
2. Developing possible interactions between different research areas And ensure coordination of research;
3. Foster the regular collaboration of teams of researchers through the organisation of thematic symposia bringing together, within animation structures, actors or future actors in the relevant research themes;
4. To build on the state of the state between public research organizations, university laboratories, hospitals, industry and private organizations; and
5. Maintain up-to-date information, available to all, on the state of research and the means available to them;
6. Enter the research activities in an international framework of cooperation involving industrialised countries and developing countries.
In order to carry out its tasks, in accordance with the opinions of its Scientific Council, the Agency has This includes the following actions:
1. Funding for research projects, fellowships, and equipment;
2. Support and development of incentives and contact information;
3. Assistance to public laboratories and support to industrial programs in all forms deemed necessary;
4. Funding of therapeutic trials or any other form of action necessary for the development of clinical research, in accordance with the ethical rules and the legislative framework of France and the countries in which the research is carried out.


Head Office


The seat of the bundle is set at 101, rue de Tolbiac, 75013 Paris. It can be transferred to any other place by decision of the board of directors.


Member Responsibility


Members of the group are responsible for their assets as a proportion of their assets. Statutory rights. In their dealings with third parties, they are responsible for the debts of the group in the same proportion. They are not solidary.
