By order of the prefect of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of 6 April 2006, the constitutive agreement of the public interest group known as " Maison de l' emploi du Nord avesnois ", an excerpt of which is annexed hereto, is approved.
A N N E X E
I.-Public Interest Group " Maison de l' emploi du Nord avesnois " Has as its object:
-to contribute to the coordination of the actions carried out within the framework of the public employment service;
-to take action in relation to the forecasting of the labour and retraining needs of the territories, in particular in the case of Restructuring;
-to participate in the reception and orientation of job-seekers, integration, training orientation, support for job seekers and employees, and support for enterprise creation.
II. -The founding members of the group are:
-the state, represented by the departmental director of labour, employment and vocational training of the Nord-Valenciennes;
-the community of agglomeration Maubeuge-Val de Sambre, Represented by its President;
-the ASSEDIC of the Northern Countries, represented by its Director;
-the ANPE of Nord-Pas-de-Calais, represented by its representative in Sambre Avesnois.
III. -The head office of the group is located at the headquarters of the community of agglomeration Maubeuge-Val de Sambre, 1, place du Pavillon, BP 234, 59603 Maubeuge Cedex.
IV. -The grouping is constituted for a period of four years.
V. The geographical scope of the grouping is that of all the communes members of the community of agglomeration of Maubeuge-Val de Sambre.
