Order of 4 April 2003 amending the order of 6 February 1995 establishing a joint administrative committee responsible for the body of agents Health

The Minister of Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister of Health, Family and Disability and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Land use planning,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants;
As amended by Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, amending the statutory provisions relating to the civil service The State, in particular Article 14;
Having regard to Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 relating to the joint administrative commissions;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 92-1437 of 30 December 1992 on the special status of health workers and assistants Health;
In the light of the decree of 6 February 1995 establishing the Joint Administrative Committee responsible for the body of health workers;
On the proposal of the Director of General Administration, Staff and Budget,

The table in item 2 of the Order of February 6, 1995, is amended As follows:

Article 2

Article 3 of the Order of 6 February 1995 referred to above is deleted.

Article 3
