Given Decree No. 2000-232 of the 13 March 2000 on the special status of the ranks and jobs of the management staff of the establishments mentioned in Article 2 (1 °, 2 ° and 3 °) of the amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 laying down statutory provisions relating to the function Hospital public;
In view of the inter-ministerial decree of 6 September 1978 fixing the rate of compensation for the liability of the staff of the establishments listed in Article 2 (1 °, 2 ° and 3 °) of the Act of 9 January 1986 modified,

Article 2 of the Order of 6 September 1978 is amended as follows:
" The compensation of liability at the average rate shall be granted to all the agents referred to in Article 1, unless the Minister responsible for health decides otherwise, after the opinion of the Prefect or the Director-General of Public Hospitals in Paris for the The
allowance at the normal maximum rate and the maximum premium rate shall be granted individually by decision of the Minister responsible for health after the opinion of the Prefect or the Director-General of Assistance Public hospitals in Paris for personnel under his authority. "
Article 3 of the Order of 6 September 1978 is amended as follows:
" In the case of a vacancy of the Director or Secretary-General or the absence of the Director or the Secretary-General for a period of more than one month, the Deputy Director of the said establishment or of the Interhospital Trade Union in charge of acting, in Application of Article 16 of Decree No. 2000-232 of 13 March 2000 referred to above, may receive, for the acting period, the indemnity of liability fixed for the class of the inter-hospital establishment or trade union under the conditions laid down In Articles 1 and 2 above. "
Article 4 of the Order of 6 September 1978 is amended as follows:
" The rates, as set out above, may be amended on January 1 of each year by joint order of the Minister responsible for health and the Minister responsible for the budget, in the same proportion as the increase in remuneration (gross salary plus Paris residence allowance) relating to the gross index: 585 in the year preceding this revaluation. "
The above-mentioned order of 18 January setting out for the year 2001 the rates of the liability allowance allocated to the body of Hospital director is repealed.
This Order shall take effect from 1 January 2001 and shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
