Products of animal origin for animal nutrition referred to in the annex to the Decree of 6 June 1994 referred to above, including the feedingstuffs and premixtures containing ingredients of animal origin, originating in another EU Member State European third countries, cannot be introduced, imported, sent, exported, marketed or used if they do not contain or have not been prepared from : 1. of materials at high risk referred to the letters a, b, c, d, h, i and j of article 3 of directive 90/667/EEC including animals or parts of animals of bovine transmissible subacute spongiform encephalopathy;
2. the skull, including the brain and eyes, the vertebral column, including dorsal root ganglia, but excluding the vertebrae of the tail and the transverse processes of the lumbar and thoracic vertebrae and the wings of the sacrum, and the spinal cord of bovine animals aged twelve months and more.
The spleen of cattle regardless of age;
