Given the request by the Family Mutual (MUFA), whose headquarters Social is in Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf (76410), 16, rue de Verdun, for approval of the transfer, by way of merger-absorption, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of membership bulletins to regulations and contracts to the mutual National MCD, whose head office is in Paris (75762), 44 Copernic Street;
Due to the October 19, 2006 deliberation of the General Assembly of the Family Mutual Society (MUFA);
In view of the June 24, 2006 deliberation of the General Assembly of the Mutual National MCD;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 30 December 2006 inviting the creditors of the mutual companies concerned to submit their comments on the proposed merger;
In view of the solvency certificate of 7 March 2007 issued by The Insurance and Mutual Control Authority;
In view of the supporting documents, such as the Merger Treaty,
Stop:
Is approved, effective January 1, 2006, the merger involving the transfer, under the conditions laid down in Article L. 212-11 of the code of mutuality, with its rights and obligations, of its portfolio of membership bulletins to Regulations and contracts of the Family Mutual (MUFA) for the benefit of MCD.
The Director of Social security is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
