In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
In light of Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985, as amended Fixing the organisation of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
Having regard to the decree of 17 June 2002 on the composition of the Government;
In light of Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
In the light of the decree of 19 December 2002 appointing the Director of the Shipping, Seaports and Seaboard;
Given the January 31, 2003, Delegating of Signing Order;
In light of the amended Order of May 30, 1997, for the organization of the direction of marine, seaport and coastal transportation;
Vu The amended Order of 30 May 1997 fixing the organisation of the sub-directorates in the offices of the Directorate of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastlines;
In view of the Order of 20 January 2003 on the delegation of signature,
Décrète:
Article 1 of the decree of 31 January 2003 is replaced by the following:
" Article 1. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, the delegation of signature provided for in Article 1 of the decree of 20 January 2003 shall devolved, within the limits of their Assignments, to Martine Bonny, Chief of Service, to Mr. Michel Meynet, Chief of Service, and to Mr. Marc Jacquet, Bridge and Footwear Engineer. "
Section 2 of the Order is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr. Marc Jacquet, Engineer of Bridges and Footwear, Delegation is given to Mr. Christian Locq, Senior Administrative Attaché Central, Mr. Nicolas Péhau, Director of Maritime Affairs, Ms. Marie-Sophie Dufau-Richet, Civil Administrator, and Ms. Annette Gogneau, Central Administration Officer, to sign, within the limits of their duties and on behalf of The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "
Section 3 of the Order is repealed.
The Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea is responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic French.
