Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, Minister of Transport, Equipment, Tourism and the Sea and Minister of Ecology and Sustainable Development,
In view of the European Agreement On the international carriage of dangerous goods by road in its version applicable to 1 January 2005;
Having regard to Council Directive 94 /55/EC of 21 November 1994 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States Concerning the transport of dangerous goods by road;
In view of Law No. 263 of 5 February 1942 on the transport of dangerous goods;
Having regard to the order of 1 June 2001, as last amended by the order of 8 July 2005, relating to the Transport of dangerous goods by road (said ' ADR "),

Item 1


The Order of June 1, 2001 (dit " ADR ") Is modified as follows:
Appendix D. 2. -The list of certifying bodies for quality assurance (Article 20) is now the following:
" AFAQ;
AFAQ-ASCERT international;
AOQC MOODY France;
BVQI France;
DEKRA certification services;
DNV certification France;
Global;
LRQA France SA;
SGS ICS France;
TÜV CERT. "

Article 2


The Director General of the Sea and Transport and the Director General of Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
