Signing delegation order of 19 March 2003

The Minister of Equipment, Transportation, Housing, tourism and the sea,
In light of Decree No. 47-233 of 23 January 1947, as amended authorizing the ministers to delegate, by order, their signature;
Given Decree No. 85-659 of 2 July 1985 amended fixing the organization of the central administration of the Ministry of Planning, Housing and Transport;
Given the decree of 17 June 2002 appointing the Prime Minister;
In view of the decree of 17 June 2002 on the Composition of the Government;
In light of Decree No. 2002-983 of 12 July 2002 on the powers of the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea;
In the light of the decree of 19 December 2002 appointing the Director of Marine, Ports and Coastal Transportation;
Given the Order of May 30, 1997, as amended Organising the direction of maritime transport, ports and coastline;
In view of the decree of 30 May 1997 amending the organisation of the sub-directorates in the offices of the Directorate of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs;
Vu January 20, 2003 signing delegation order,
Stop:

Item 1


Section 2 of the Order of 20 January 2003 is replaced by the following:
" Art. 2. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, the delegation of signature provided for in Article 1 above shall, within the limits of their powers, devolved to Mr Jean-Claude Paravy, Deputy Director, and Mr. Jean-Baptiste Maillard, Deputy Director. "

Article 2


After Article 3 of the same order, an article 3 bis reads as follows:
" Article 3 bis. -In the event of the absence or incapacity of Mr. Didier Simonnet, Director of Maritime Transport, Ports and Coastal Affairs, and Mr. Jean-Baptiste Maillard, Deputy Director, Delegation is given to Mr. Jean-Michel Abiven, Divisional Engineer Of the State, to the effect of signing, within the limits of its powers and on behalf of the Minister for Equipment, Transport, Housing, Tourism and the Sea, all acts, orders and decisions, excluding Orders in Council. "

This Order will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
