The Minister of the Interior, Internal Security and Liberties The Minister for Social Affairs, Labour and Solidarity, the Minister for Economic Affairs, Finance and Industry and the Minister for Local Freedom,
In view of the Social Security Code, in particular Article L. 815-8;
Having regard to the code of social action and families, in particular Article L. 232-9;

Pursuant to the provisions of the third subparagraph of Article 5 of Decree No. 97-426 of 28 April 1997, the ceilings for the resources provided for in the first subparagraph of Article L. 232-9 of the Code of Social Action And the abovementioned families shall be set at EUR 12 119.84 per year for a single person and at EUR 20 199.69 per year for a couple, and the minimum sum deducted from the resources of the couple provided for in the sixth paragraph of Article L. 232-9 of the Code of Social Action and Of the above families is set at EUR 336.68 per month.
