Decree of 28 July 2000 on the designation of controlled origin " Laguiole " ;
Due to the proposal of the National Dairy Committee of the National Institute of Appellations of Origin dated July 10, 2003,
Describes:
The paragraph relating to the Cantal section of Article 2 of the Decree of 28 July 2000 is replaced by the following paragraph:
" DEPARTMENT OF THE CANTAL
Arrondissement of Saint-Flour
Canton of Chaudes-Aigues: all municipalities. "
The Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and Rural Affairs, and the Secretary of State for Small and Medium Enterprises, at Trade, craft, professional and consumer professions shall each be responsible for the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
