The Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and the Minister for Public Service, State Reform and Spatial Planning,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 Amending Act No. 84-16 of January 11, 1984, as amended, amending the statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Law No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 On the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service, and in particular Article 1;
In view of Decree No. 2001-834 of 12 September 2001 on the recognition of professional experience in accordance with the conditions of qualifications or diplomas required to run for professional examinations and examinations held pursuant to Article 1 of the Law No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the territorial civil service;
Given the decree n ° 2003-664 of 16 July 2003 Organising competitions for the recruitment of State officials of categories A, B and C and professional examinations for the recruitment of staff members of the State of category C reserved for certain non-incumbent agents under the Ministry of Justice, pursuant to Article 1 of Act No. 2001-2 of 3 January 2001 on the reduction of precarious employment and the modernisation of recruitment in the civil service as well as working time in the civil service Territorial,
Stop:

Item 1


For each reserved competition or professional examination organized in Application of the decree of 16 July 2003 referred to above and giving access to one of the reception bodies set out in the Annex to this Order, a committee shall be established pursuant to Article 3 of the aforementioned Decree of 12 September
. Fixed as follows:
1 ° A representative of the custody of the seals, Minister of Justice, President;
2 ° A qualified person selected in another department or in a direction of the Ministry of Justice other than the Directorate Responsible for organising recruitment;
3 ° A qualified personality chosen from among the staff in the services of the receiving body.
The Commission may, in addition, join in an advisory capacity one or more Experts selected for their professional qualification skills.

Article 2


Members of the As well as, where appropriate, the expert (s) shall be appointed by the authority responsible for organising the competition or professional examination. An alternate member shall be appointed for each of the full members. The term of office of the members and alternates shall run until the last session of the open competition or examination during the period laid down in the first paragraph of Article 1 of the aforementioned Law of 3 January 2001. If an incumbent or substitute member or an expert is no longer able to carry out his mandate, he shall be replaced in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Article.

Article 3


The chairman shall convene the members of the committee and, where appropriate, the expert (s) on the proposal of the service responsible for organising the competition or professional examination, which provides the secretariat of the committee. The committee shall act by an absolute majority of its members.

Article 4


This Order shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
