Pursuant to Article L. 133-8 of the Labour Code, the Minister for Employment, Labour and Social Cohesion Consider making an order to make mandatory, for all employers and all employees falling within its scope, the provisions of the amendment hereafter referred to.
The text of this amendment has been deposited in the Directorate Departmental labour, employment and vocational training of the place of its conclusion, where it may be read.
Within 15 days, professional organisations and all interested persons are requested to To make their observations and opinions known about the envisaged generalisation.

Agreement whose extension is envisaged:
N ° 10 of 5 January 2005 to the agreement of 10 February 1992 on the classifications of trade and wood import personnel.
Depot:
Departmental Direction of the Work, employment and vocational training in Paris.
Subject:
Establishment of minimum wages and the value of the seniority of the staff of the companies covered by the following activity: Enterprises or establishments whose main supply activity results from the purchase at import or on the international markets, said operations being more than 50 % of total purchases of wood and timber derivatives (reference NAPE 5907).
The provisions of this Agreement do not apply to enterprises whose activity, under code NAPE 5907, is the timber trade.
