The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Minister for Foreign Affairs,
In the light of Law No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on rights and obligations Officials, together with the amended Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 laying down statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the amended Decree No. 82-452 of 28 May 1982 relating to the Joint Technical Committees, and Article 8;
In view of Decree No. 84-430 of 5 June 1984, amended on the organisation and functioning of the Research Institute for Development;
In the light of the amended Order of 11 June 1987 establishing the Joint Technical Committee Central of the Research Institute for Development;
In view of the Decree of 17 May 2001 on the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Research Institute for Development,
Stop:

Article 1


Trade union organizations capable of designating representatives on the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Research Institute for the Development instituted by the decree of 11 June 1987 mentioned above are as follows:
Syndicat des travailleurs de la recherche extra-metropolitan-Syndicat général de l' éducation nationale-Confédération française démocratique du travail (STREM-SGEN-CFDT);
National Union of Scientific Research Workers-General Confederation of Labour (SNTRS-CGT);
National Union of Research Personnel and Higher Education Institutions-Force Workers (SNPREES-FO);
National Union of Scientific Researchers-Fédération TU unitary (SNCS-FSU).

Item 2


Le Number of seats of holders and substitutes allocated to each of the trade union organisations referred to in Article 1 above shall be fixed in accordance with the following table:

Article 3


The trade unions listed in Article 1 Have a period of fifteen days from the date of publication of this Order to designate their representative and alternate representatives.

Article 4


The Decree of 17 May 2001 on the Central Joint Technical Committee of the Research Institute for Development shall be repealed with the exception of Article 1.

Article 5


The Director General of the Research Institute for Development shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
